BEDFORD — Community members can get creative, enjoy an evening with friends, and support animals in need during White River Humane Society’s next Crafting with a Cause event on Thursday, November 5.
The fall-themed event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Artemis Hall, where participants will paint and assemble their own Pumpkin Trio decoration with step-by-step instruction from Lynda Freeman of Tiny&me.
Designed for crafters of all skill levels, the event requires no previous crafting experience. All supplies will be provided, and participants will leave with a handmade seasonal decoration to display in their homes. Light refreshments will also be available, giving guests an opportunity to relax, connect with others, and enjoy a creative evening.
Tickets are $25 per person for one Pumpkin Trio project. Those who would prefer to attend with a friend can purchase a $30 Buddy Pass, allowing two people to work together to complete one project.
Seating is limited, and tickets are available now.
Beyond the opportunity to create fall home decor, the event will support the animals cared for by White River Humane Society. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit the organization, helping provide food, shelter, medical care, and love to animals waiting for their forever homes.
Organizers thanked event sponsors Artemis Hall and Bedford Refillery & Resale for helping make the fundraiser possible.
The event follows a previous successful crafting gathering, and organizers look forward to bringing the community together again for an evening centered on creativity, connection, and giving back.
Those interested in attending can find ticket information and details about additional upcoming events at White River Humane Society’s events page.
