BEDFORD — The Sanderson Sisters are making their way to Bedford, at least on the big screen.
Bedford Revitalization, Inc. is inviting families to grab their blankets, lawn chairs and favorite movie-night companions for a free outdoor showing of Disney’s “Hocus Pocus” on Friday, October 2.
The movie will begin at 8 p.m. at Harp Commons, 1521 J Street in Bedford, giving families a chance to enjoy one of Halloween’s most popular movies under the stars.
Whether you’re a longtime fan of the Sanderson Sisters or seeing the movie for the first time, the evening is designed to be a fun way to kick off the spooky season with the Bedford community.
And, of course, no movie night would be complete without snacks. Complimentary concessions will be available while supplies last, so moviegoers can settle in with a treat and enjoy the show.
Guests are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket and make themselves comfortable for the outdoor screening.
A Little Halloween Fun
The event is more than just a movie. It is an opportunity for families, friends and neighbors to gather downtown, enjoy the fall weather and spend an evening together.
With pumpkins, fall decorations and the spooky season in full swing, Harp Commons will provide the setting for a night of Halloween-themed family fun.
The event is presented by Bedford Revitalization, Inc. and sponsored by Sadie Miskuf Real Estate as part of Bedford Federal Savings Bank’s 100th anniversary celebration.
Rain Date
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the movie night will be moved to Saturday, October 3.
So, grab your broomsticks or, more practically, your lawn chairs and blankets, and head to Harp Commons for a free night of “Hocus Pocus,” popcorn and community fun.
