CROWN POINT — A family-friendly fest featuring top eateries, breweries, and blues bands in Crown Point, Indiana, hosted by the Crown Point Rotary Club.

All proceeds support local and international projects. By joining the event, you are helping create even more of an impact.
The fest is family-friendly and will host some of the Region’s best eateries, breweries, and blues bands. Doors open on September 19 at 1:00 p.m., and the event will run until 8:00 p.m. The event is hosted on the Lake County Fairgrounds in the Industrial Building.

Derek Caruso & The Blues Fuse
Derek Caruso and the Blues Fuse is an electrifying blues band, led by the soulful Derek Caruso. They seamlessly blend classic blues with contemporary influences, captivating audiences with their emotive performances and virtuoso musicianship. With a dedication to preserving the authenticity of the blues, the band delivers an unforgettable experience, connecting with listeners on a profound level. From intimate clubs to major festivals, Derek Caruso and the Blues Fuse leave an indelible mark on the contemporary blues scene, making them a must-see act for any blues enthusiast.
Susan Williams & The Wright Groove
Susan Williams & The Wright Groove is a Chicago-based blues band known for bringing a unique, funky approach to the blues, including the distinctive use of two basses in their performances. Led by vocalist, songwriter, and bassist Susan Williams, who has been performing professionally with her own band for more than 30 years, the group combines seasoned musicianship with original blues rooted in Chicago’s rich musical tradition. The band competed in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2018, performed at Midwest festivals including the Chicago Blues Festival, and released its original album It’s About Time, showcasing songs written by Williams and guitarist Mike Gallemore.
A Patch of Blues
A Patch of Blues is a vibrant blues and soul band featuring Fati Jones (vocals), Rebecca Egwuenu (lead guitar), Claudia Easterwood (bass), and Stacy Norris (drums). Formed at the Fernando Jones Blues Camp in Chicago, they blend their city’s rich heritage with a unique, urban flair. Acclaimed for performances across the Midwest and at the International Blues Challenge, they’ve been nominated for Chicago Music Awards in 2023 and 2024, embodying music’s power to unite and heal.
