RDC approves monthly invoice for Spider Creek, and final fees for Stonegate pay-off

BEDFORD – The Bedford Redevelopment Commission met today at 12 p.m. at the Stonegate Arts and Education Center off 15th Street in Bedford.

A monthly installment of the city’s payments to Lochmueller Group for work on the Spider Creek lift Station project of $79,293.13 was approved by the commission.

At the same meeting, the commission approved the $1,500 Invoice no. 5015342 for Old National Wealth Management. The bank handles the majority of the paperwork involved in the City of Bedford’s early pay-off of the Stonegate Arts and Education Center.

The Stonegate bond was paid off in September, and now the City is waiting on the finalized paperwork to close everything out, and transfer ownership back to the city from the Redevelopment Authority (RDA).
