Jacob and Anna earned the opportunity to attend by winning the Performing Arts Area 2 competition. The siblings went to Clarke County to compete with other 4-Hers in Area 2. The brother and sister team won the competition which made them eligible to go to 4-H Round-Up at Purdue University where they performed with the other area winners from across Indiana.

The two siblings played a duet with the glockenspiel xylophone and the piano along with a comedy act before their musical performance on deciding what to play. Jacob suggested Carol of the Bells and then they went into the history of why it wasn’t originally a Christmas song. In the end, the two played Carol of the Bells with Jacob on the glockenspiel xylophone and Anna on the piano.
