BEDFORD – Friday afternoon, the Bedford Rotary Annual Dr. Dan Schafer Fish Fry ran from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Thornton Park pavilion.

The Fish Fry was attended by over 200 guests, and though it was “a little light on attendance”, according to Rotary Club President Tracy Bailey, the event is “always a lot of fun,” and they did what they set out to do, which was to earn money.
The proceeds of the event will be added to the Rotary Fund, and from there be utilized in various community endeavors, such as supplementing other Rotary Club Scholarship funds, and community events.
