  • 6:19 a.m. 911 call reporting a possible suicidal female in the 1300 block of 2nd Street in Bedford. The caller says she received a text message from the female saying she wants to die and can’t handle living
  • 9:10 a.m. 911 call from an unknown location. A text message was sent to the phone
  • 9:55 a.m. Controlled fire in the 270 block of Horseshoe Lane
  • 10:23 a.m. Medical emergency in the 270 block of Woody Farm Road. A 37-year-old male fell off a scooter and a female picked him up and drove him to her home. The male is going to the hospital by ambulance
  • 10:58 a.m. A scooter was found at Boyd Lane and Limestone Run Road
  • 11:08 a.m. Alarm sounding in the 340 block of Wade Street. There was no issue
  • 11:13 a.m. Vandalism to a mailbox in the 1850 block of Blue Springs Cavern Road. This is the second time in three months this has happened. Police will make extra patrols

  • 11:54 a.m. 911 call hangup in the at an unknown location. A text message was sent to the
  • 12:38 p.m. Traffic stop at Yockey Road and Yockey Trail. A male driver was cited for speeding
  • 12:48 p.m. Request for animal control to the 1850 block of Rabbitsville Road. The neighbor’s dog is on his property and being aggressive
  • 1:23 p.m. A person is on station to report mischief to a vehicle done by his grandson in the 510 block of East Wilson Street
  • 2:01 p.m. 911 call transferred to Jackson County Sheriff’s Department
  • 2:02 p.m. Trespassing in the 200 block of Doc Hamilton Boulevard. Males on 4-wheelers are riding on his property in the soybean field causing damage and he is requesting to speak to an officer
  • 2:39 p.m. Controlled fire in the 480 block of Country Estates Drive
  • 4:02 p.m. Request for animal control to the 4410 block of Leesville Road. A pitbull with a harness appeared to have been dropped off at B&B Market and is bleeding from hits mouth and nose. Officers went to the owner’s home to speak to them
  • 4:11 p.m. Domestic fight involving two males in the 320 block of Bartlett Drive. One of the males involved called saying the other put his hands on him
  • 4:31 p.m. Juvenile problem in the 700 block of Yockey Estates. The caller is requesting assistance with her daughter. The female has been hitting her brother and not obeying her mother. The daughter has walked out of the house and possibly in to the woods. The child was taken to IU Health Hospital for a medical evaluation
  • 4:40 p.m. Theft in the 1790 block of Fleenor Road. Someone has stolen copper wire out of the home that he has purchased
  • 4:41 p.m. A female says she dropped her keys into the slot at B&L Auto Repair and now her car alarm is sounding
  • 5 p.m. Countywide volunteer fire department radio test
  • 4:38 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a tan Buick westbound on US 50 East
  • 5:41 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1300 block of 19th Street. A 84-year-old was unconscious
  • 5:54 p.m. Alarm sounding at Tieman Tire. There was no problem
  • 6:03 p.m. Request for animal control tot he 600 block of South 9th Street. A dog is tied outside with no shelter. The dog was just outside to use the bathroom. There was no problem
  • 6:59 p.m. Two 911 call hangup in the 700 block of State Road 60 East. There was no problem
  • 8:10 p.m. Disabled vehicle in the 210 block of North 7th Street
  • 8:11 p.m. Traffic stop at US 50 East and Leatherwood Road
  • 8:18 p..m. Child custody dispute in the 400 block of North 3rd Street in Mitchell. The caller says she has custody of her grandson and her daughter is not to be in contact with him at this time. She says she was told by CPS to not allow her to have contact with the child. and is on her way to the caller’s home
  • 8:27 p.m. Citizen assist in the 610 block of West Warren Street. A male is at the residence and will not leave
  • 8:29 p.m. Traffic stop at Stars Boulevard near the high school
  • 8:34 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Washboard Road
  • 9:27 p.m. 911 call hangup. Dispatch received three calls. None of the calls were audible
  • 9:43 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Wesley Chapel Road. A K-9 was deployed and drugs were located. A woman was arrested
  • 11:41 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Woodville Road
  • 11:56 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Stevens Lane. The driver was issued a summons to appear in court on a charge of driving while never licensed

Incidents – Nov. 4

  • 3:42 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at the Sinclair station. Four people were detained and the vehicle was towed.
  • 3:43 a.m. 911 call hangup in the 20 block of Teke Burton Drive. There was no answer on call back

  • 9:04 a.m. An accident with possible injuries at State Road 37 at Patton Hill Road
  • 4:31 p.m. Property damage accident at Peerless Road at the church
  • 8:43 p.m. Accident with minor injuries at Huron Railroad Street at the railroad crossing
