ORLEANS — The Town of Orleans has officially scheduled its community-wide Trick-or-Treating for Saturday, Oct. 31, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Town officials are encouraging residents who wish to hand out treats to local spooks and goblins to keep their outdoor porch or patio lights turned on during the designated hours to signal that trick-or-treaters are welcome.
