BEDFORD — Bedford residents can support local students preparing for careers in healthcare simply by ordering lunch or dinner on Thursday, September 10.
The Bedford Domino’s will host a Dine N’ Donate event to support HOSA students from the North Lawrence Career Center. A portion of every sale made that day will help send HOSA student officers to Washington, D.C., for a leadership program focused on communication, leadership, and professional development.
The students involved are already working toward future careers in nursing, emergency medicine, medical research, and other healthcare fields. The fundraising event gives the community an opportunity to invest in local students as they continue developing the skills and experiences needed for their future careers.
Community members, workplaces, offices, teams, and families are encouraged to participate by choosing Domino’s for lunch or dinner on September 10. No special code is required for an order to contribute to the fundraiser.
As an additional thank-you, customers can use the code GIVE to receive 25% off their order while supporting the students and their upcoming trip.
By participating in the Dine N’ Donate event, Bedford residents can help support a group of students working toward careers centered on caring for and helping others.
