GREENE COUNTY — The Eastern Greene Fire Territory has announced the relocation of one of its ambulances as part of a new partnership with the Greene County Ambulance Service.
Under the agreement, the county ambulance is being moved to the fire territory’s station located near Eastern Greene High School.
Both agencies highlighted that the new site offers a more centralized position within the overall service area. According to local officials, this particular sector consistently experiences a higher volume of emergency calls on average.
By positioning the ambulance in this high-demand zone, the collaboration aims to enhance emergency response coverage and better serve the needs of local residents.
