MITCHELL — The Mitchell Opera House will host Nashville-based husband-and-wife country music duo Alyssa & Wayne Brewer on Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, for a live performance titled “Forever George & Tammy.”
Known for their tight harmonies and traditional country style, Alyssa and Wayne Brewer focus on the classic eras of country music. Their debut album, Alyssa & Wayne Sing George & Tammy, paid tribute to the iconic country pairing of George Jones and Tammy Wynette. Their follow-up release, Lonesome & Blue, features original songwriting alongside traditional country tracks.
The duo has been featured by CMT and People Magazine, and their viral music videos have garnered millions of views from classic country fans worldwide.

The concert will take place on Oct. 2, 2026, with doors opening at 6:15 p.m.
