BEDFORD — A milestone community tradition is returning to Lawrence County this autumn, combining a passion for classic horsepower with a mission to support local families battling illness.
Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services (LCCPS) will host its 25th Annual Auto, Bike, Trike, Tractor, Jeep, and Garden Tractor Show on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
The landmark charity event will be held on the grounds of Hobson Auto, located at 10050 State Road 37 in Bedford.
What began a quarter-century ago has grown into one of the region’s premier multi-vehicle exhibitions. The show welcomes an expansive variety of wheels, inviting owners of classic cars, modern trucks, motorcycles, trikes, rugged Jeeps, vintage tractors, and even garden tractors to line up for display.
Most importantly, organizers emphasize the event’s charitable core: all proceeds go directly to Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services. The funds raised remain within the community to provide vital, direct assistance—such as fuel cards, medical supplies, and nutritional supplements—to local cancer patients during their treatment journeys.
Event Schedule and Registration Details
The benefit is a “rain or shine” event, structured to offer a full day of family-friendly activities, fundraising, and awards.
- Vehicle Registration: Runs from 9:00 a.m. to Noon on the day of the show. The vehicle entry fee is $20.00.
- Dash Plaques: The first 200 participants to register their vehicles will receive an exclusive commemorative event dash plaque.
- Awards Presentation: The official awards ceremony is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.
Food, Auctions, and Breakfast Savings
Beyond the vehicle displays, attendees will have numerous ways to support the organization throughout the day. The event footprint will feature local food vendors and a highly anticipated Silent Auction. Additionally, a high-stakes 50/50 Drawing will be held, with tickets sold on-site.
For early risers, a special “Day of Show” coupon partnership with the Bedford Golden Corral Buffet & Grill location. From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., attendees who present the official coupon can purchase a breakfast buffet with a drink for $7.99 (limited to 2 per coupon, valid on the day of the show only).
