Columbus Circle K sells $100,000 winning Powerball ticket

INDIANA — Two lucky Hoosiers are celebrating a life-changing weekend after the Hoosier Lottery announced that two high-value winning tickets were sold in separate Indiana counties for the Saturday, April 11 drawing.

The winning tickets matched four out of the five main numbers plus the Powerball. While neither player hit the massive jackpot, their combined winnings total $150,000.

The lottery confirmed that the winners were spread across the central and northeastern parts of the state:

A $100,000 winner purchased at the Circle K located on Jonathan Moore Pike in Columbus. This player utilized the “Power Play” option, doubling their initial $50,000 prize to $100,000.

A $50,000 winner purchased at the All-American Store on Isabelle Drive in New Haven.

The winning Powerball numbers for Saturday, April 11, were: 6-47-49-53-60 with a Powerball of 6 and a Power Play multiplier of 2X.

Hoosier Lottery officials are urging anyone who purchased a ticket in Columbus or New Haven this weekend to double-check their numbers immediately.

Prizes over $50,000 typically require an appointment at the Hoosier Lottery headquarters in Indianapolis. Winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their winnings.
