These awards aim to recognize individuals, businesses, and educators who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to improving Monroe County as a place to live, work, learn, and do business. The Chamber is calling on the public to help identify these deserving organizations and individuals.

The Community Awards categories include:

  • New Business of the Year
  • Business of the Year
  • Community Anchor Award
  • 4 Under 40 Awards (for emerging leaders)
  • Lifetime Achievement Award

The Outstanding Educator Awards specifically honor educators who are making a significant impact.

“If someone comes to mind—a leader, a colleague, a business owner, or an educator who inspires you—now is the time to act,” stated Eric Spoonmore, President & CEO of the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce. “Nominating is simple, and your submission could lead to meaningful recognition for someone who truly deserves it.”

The Chamber looks forward to celebrating the impact of these individuals and organizations at its 110th Annual Meeting & Community Awards Celebration.
