West Washington Elementary seeks primary teacher for 2025-2026 school year

CAMPBELLSBURG—West Washington Elementary School in Campbellsburg is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Elementary Teacher for the primary grades. The position is slated to begin on July 29, 2025.

According to the school’s job opening announcement, candidates must possess an active Indiana Elementary Teaching License. The role will involve providing quality classroom instruction in alignment with the Indiana State Standards.

The school emphasizes the need for a candidate who is well-versed in the Science of Reading and someone who can effectively collaborate and plan with grade-level colleagues. The selected teacher will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and high-quality learning environment that fosters student learning and minimizes disruptions.

West Washington Elementary, located at 8030 W. Batt Road in Campbellsburg, serves the communities of Campbellsburg, Hardinsburg, Livonia, and Saltillo.
