MARION — Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) is pleased to announce Ranjy Thomas’s induction into the Society of World Changers on Friday, March 22, 2024.
Randy is an entrepreneur, a mentor, a pastor, and a friend to countless people. The entirety of his life has been dedicated to serving others and helping them live to God’s calling. Throughout his career, Ranjy has worked with Creatr, Subsplash, YouVersion, The Chosen, and K-Love, served as the CEO of Flying Rhino, and mentored various individuals.
Dr. Jon Kulaga, President of IWU, expressed his heartfelt enthusiasm for this year’s inductee, noting the spirit of partnership Thomas brings. Dr. Kulaga observed, “From the moment you meet Ranjy – you realize that this man is not only a person of influence and character – but he will also become a partner. He will share his resources with you, but he will give of himself more than that. Ranjy is not only helping to change the world for the better – he is also helping to change Indiana Wesleyan University for the better.”
The induction ceremony will take place at a special Chapel Convocation on IWU’s Marion campus from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Following the induction, Thomas will participate in a panel lunch discussion for students, faculty, and staff.
Thomas will also share his expertise when he speaks to students in a business class called Organizational Intrapreneurship, wherein students learn what it means and looks like to lead an entrepreneurial organization.
