LINTON – The Greene County Humane Society participates in the BISSELL Pet Foundation’s Holiday Hope event.
Now through December 17, pet adoption fees at the shelter are reduced.
Dogs can be adopted for $50, and cat adoption fees are waived. The shelter has around 40 cats and 30 dogs ready for homes.
That includes the shelter’s longest resident, Rosalynda, a Basset hound–lab mix who has been there for almost a year.
