LAWRENCE CO. – Officer Stuart Ratcliff was sworn in last night by Mayor Sam Craig, at the Bedford Board of Works meeting held at the Stonegate Arts and Education center at 6 p.m.
His wife Joni and their three children attended the meeting to support him for his swearing-in. The little ones whispered excitedly and were very proud of their father as he rose to complete the ceremony.
Officer Ratcliff was officially sworn into the Bedford Police Department as an officer.
