BEDFORD – At today’s Housing Authority meeting, the Housing Authority board of commissioners took 3 bids under consideration for the replacement of the Hauck House first-level flooring.
The quotes received were:
- Bounds Flooring Inc. – $30,940.59
- Axsoms Flooring – $32,263.09
- Hometown Carpet – $41,000.00
After consideration, the contract was given to Bounds Flooring Inc. located in Bloomington for $30,940.59.
The areas that will receive new flooring include 4 laundry rooms, the first-floor hallways, the kitchen, and the dining room.
The flooring chosen is Homecrest Mission Point 20 Mil color Oldtown Plank, and will cover the 4,752 square feet of the project.
