BEDFORD – Twenty-year-old Van Crosby is set to play Kyle Morgan, the pro-gamer teen son of the Morgan family in “The Family Plan” starring Mark Wahlberg as an ex-assassin turned suburban dad.
Van Crosby was born in Fishers, IN, but his parents Cort and Stephanie Crosby are from Bedford. While they have since moved, they have raised not one, but two actor children in their son Van Crosby and daughter Haley Fite.
Haley acted in Bedford-aired Coca-Cola commercials in theaters back in 2007, and starred as young Carrie Underwood in Stacy’s Mom. She now works as a make-up artist.
Now, Van Crosby, after bagging a role in the 2018-2019 aired Splitting Up Together, as well as a few one-off episodes in other TV series’ like Criminal Minds, has moved on to take a main role in an upcoming movie from Apple TV+.
The Family Plan follows the family of five on a cross-country road-trip vacation as Dan Morgan (Mark Wahlberg), a former assassin, tries to keep his family safe when his past comes back to haunt him.
The movie is set to release on December 15, so keep an eye out for our local talent.
