BEDFORD – The 9th annual Limestone Capital 5K, sponsored by McIntyre Brothers is Saturday, October 7. The Expo, the kick-off event before the race, sponsored by Bedford Federal Savings Bank is Friday, October 6.
The race is this weekend, check out this helpful checklist to help prepare for your race of choice.
- Make sure you have running shoes that fit
- Wear comfortable, cool clothes
- Remember to stretch, warm up, and cool down to mitigate the risk of injury
The race begins at 7 a.m. this Saturday, October 7. All races will start and finish in front of the Milwaukee Depot on the corner of 14th and J Street.
