2023 Persimmon Mini Miss Festival Queen
Eleanor Nicely is the daughter of Matt and Caitlin Nicely, and she is in the 1st grade at Hatfield Elementary. She likes to make new friends and spend time with them. In her free time, she enjoys dance and gymnastics as well as art, drawing, and family time.
Eleanor said she was “So happy about winning Queen!”

Lydia Cessna is the daughter of Phillip and Lindsay Cessna. Lydia is in the 1st grade at Hatfield Elementary.
