INDIANA – Annually, each county Soil and Water Conservation District may nominate up to two farmers who do an outstanding job of protecting rivers, lakes, and streams through their everyday conservation management practices on the farm. Watershed organizations also may nominate farmers for the award by submitting an application through a county SWCD.
Nominations are now being accepted through June 8, 2023.

Required Signature Page
Each nomination must have a signature form completed and submitted by June 8. This form requires three signatures to verify the farm and implemented conservation practices.
