INDIANA – The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Indiana Holiday Commission, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, Indiana Black Expo, Inc., and AFSCME Local #725 will host its 32nd Annual State of Indiana Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Celebration on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the Indiana Statehouse.
At the celebration, ICRC will acknowledge the outstanding achievements of four public servants who have followed in the footsteps of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The awardees are selected from nominations received from the community. The awards are the Freedom Award, the Chairman’s Award, the Trailblazer Award, and the Civil Rights Champion Award.
