BEDFORD – Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrested 20-year-old Jaiden Curren on a warrant on charges of domestic battery and criminal mischief after an incident on June 21.
According to a probable cause affidavit, deputies were called to a home in the 2130 block of US 50 East after a report from a woman saying her granddaughter had injured her.
The woman said Curren had headbutted her in the face causing swelling to her right eye and causing her to fall. She also was reported to allegedly damage a television.
Police spoke to Curren at a home in the 170 block of Sipes Branch Road where she denied injuring the woman or damaging the television.
The information was forwarded to the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office and a warrant was issued for Curren’s arrest.
