BEDFORD – Bedford Federal Savings Bank is proud to sponsor the Southern Indiana 6k for Water, which will take place on Saturday, May 22.
Each walker/runner’s registration ($50 per adult or $25 for youth) provides lasting, clean water for one person in a developing country through Vision water projects.
Join BEDFED on Saturday, May 22, at the Thornton Pavilion in Bedford. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. and the walk/run starts at 8:30 a.m.
Six kilometers is the average distance people in the developing world walk for water each day. This water is often contaminated with life-threatening diseases. By signing up to participate in the 6K, you will be bringing life-changing, clean water to communities in need.
Our Southern Indiana 6K team is one of the hundreds of host sites across the country. The plan is for an in-person walk/run on Saturday, May 22, however, you have the option of completing the walk/run virtually from your own front door or anywhere in your neighborhood with your family.
