Indiana Military Museum hosting World War II event

VINCENNES – The Indiana Military Museum (IMM) will be hosting a World War II event next weekend.

Parking is free and all outside events are free.

J.D. Strange with the Indiana Military Museum says there will be lots to see. Located in historic Vincennes at 715 South 6th Street in Vincennes, the Indiana Military Museum is home to one of the best, most comprehensive collections of military memorabilia in the country. In addition to the museum’s own artifacts, including military vehicles, aircraft, uniforms, insignia, and equipment from the American Revolution to the present day, it also hosts traveling exhibits from the Smithsonian Institution and others.

A a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, the Indiana Military Museum relies on the generous support of our visitors, community, and corporate sponsors.

IMM will hold its 2nd event honoring those who served in that war. It will be a one-day event on Saturday, June 19, 2021. More information will follow.
