BEDFORD – The 33rd Annual 1340 AM WBIW, 105.5 WQRK, and Lite FM 102.5 WPHZ Senior Fair is Wednesday, April 21 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Sherwood Oaks Christian Church located at 508 Fellowship Drive in Bedford.
The Senior Fair continues the tradition of bringing a variety of vendors and services for seniors under one roof. Although geared towards senior citizens, everyone can enjoy this free event.
The Senior Fair features a variety of exhibitors showcasing products and services beneficial to senior citizens and those who care for them. Area experts are ready to share information, schedule appointments and provide free health screenings.
Many of the exhibitors offer FREE GIVEAWAYS at their individual booths; be sure to stop by each one and talk with a representative. There will also be several prizes that attendees can register for a chance to win. WBIW will offer door prizes to the first 100 people in attendance and there will be two chances to win a $100 cash prize. The cash prize drawings require the winner to be present at the time of the drawing to claim their $100 cash prize and the drawing times are 10:30 a.m. and again at 12:30 p.m.
Several new vendors will be joining in this year’s event in addition to representatives from businesses that have attended year after year. Guthrie Creek Butchery & Deli will be making their debut at the Senior Fair this year. They will have a registration for a chance to win prizes and will be sharing information on their Senior Citizen discount day. Guthrie Creek Butchery & Deli is farmer owned and operated, providing fresh, quality meat to Lawrence County.
Another new addition this year is Indiana Medical Center for Joint Restoration and Regenerative Medicine, who will offer non surgical treatment for knee pain, along with PRP and Stem Cell Therapy.
Masks are required for both vendors and attendees and several hand sanitizer stations will be provided throughout the venue. For a full list of attending vendors and sponsors visit our Senior Fair Event Page.
