MONROE CO. – The Monroe County Solid Waste District along with the City of Bloomington will be hosting a presentation on how to conserve water and reduce water bills.
The presentation will be held virtually on March 24, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Peak watering time is when the weather gets warm. Plant nurseries are busy, gardeners are out and we anticipate the colors and scents of our yards. But how can we reduce utility bills year-round to offset increasing water rates? And how can we conserve water, and keep water uncontaminated?
Two representatives from the City of Bloomington Utilities will speak about water conservation and quality during the virtual event.
