(BEDFORD) – Bertha’s Mission First Step 5K Run & Walk 2020 will start at 9 a.m. New Year’s Day. Registration 7:30 a.m. to 8:50 a.m. at the Downtown Depot. You can also register on Facebook.
This is a new entry to the Bedford Race Series the event will help sponsor Bertha’s Mission.
The course will start and end at the Bedford Square, and wind throughout the northern part of Bedford.
“We are excited about the 2nd annual First Step 5k and help those in need in the community. We have a wonderful sponsor from the Hoosier Uplands this year,” said Jim Sowders one of the organizers.
Registration is $20 per entry along with a completed form and signed waiver (parents must sign entries for those under the age of 18).
If registering after December 24th or on the day of race registration the entry fee is $25 per individual.
