(BLOOMINGTON) – Lace-up your skates, the Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department announces the Frank Southern Ice Arena is now open for business.
Whether you’re a novice or preparing for Olympic tryouts, ice skating is a favorite pastime to be enjoyed by all.
General Admission is $6 and skate rental is $3.
Ice rink hours of operations:
- Monday-Friday noon until 2:30 p.m.
- Friday 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.
- Saturday 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. (Lunar Skaing) and 9:15 p.m. until 11 p.m. (Night Owl Skating)
- Sunday 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
Lunar Skating and Night Owl Skating do not take place on December 28 or January 4.
