A 15-year-old was cited into court on a charge of illegal consumption and a minor in possession of tobacco and another 15-year-old was cited into court on a charge of illegal consumption, minor in possession of tobacco and driving while never licensed

  • 7:23 a.m. A wood chipper was parked in the small gravel lot in front of the Springville Cemetery
  • 8:11 a.m. Medical emergency in the 1330 block of Crandell Street in Mitchell. A person was having chest pains
  • 8:15 a.m. Alarm sounding in the 1950 block of State Road 37 at White River Co-Op. The building was secure
  • 9:04 a.m. Report of a suspicious male on a front porch sitting in a rocker in the 4710 block of Williams Road. The caller has no idea who the male is. The 17-year-old male was arrested on charges of public intoxication and illegal consumption and released to his father

  • 5:50 p.m. Theft of a 2009 maroon Pontiac Torrent in the 6120 block of US 50 East. the vehicle ran out of gas and he left it on the side of the road. He returned with gas and the vehicle is gone

  • 8:46 p.m. Medical emergency inthe 110 block of State Road 60 East. A 56-year-old female fell and now her arm and fingers are numb

  • 9:10 p.m. Medical emergency in the 100 block fo Pioneer Creek Lane. A 71-year-old female cut her leg and is bleeding

  • 10:08 p.m. Report of an unwanted person in the 4070 block of Fort Ritner Road. A male is on her property and she has asked him to leave several times and he will not

  • 4:31 a.m. Report of loitering at the Marathon gas station on State Road 37. A male is walking in the store and talking to himself and scaring the employees. The male was gone when police arrived
