Daviess County Arrests

(DAVIESS CO.) – Indiana State Police arrested a Washington man Sunday on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for battery resulting in bodily injury.


According to jail records, 31-year-old Tyler Croak was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $2,000 bond.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 34-year-old Luz Palomino Ustua of Washington Sunday on a charge of domestic battery in the presence of a minor. Ustua is being held without bond.
Washington Police arrested 60-year-old Gordon Sims of Washington Sunday on an out-of-county warrant. He is being held without bond.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 44-year-old Jason Crew of Washington Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of attempted battery by means of a deadly weapon. He was released from jail on $2,500 bond.
Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 19-year-old Connor Eller of Washington Sunday on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released from jail on $2,000 bond.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 19-year-old Denver Simmons of Washington Sunday on charges of possession of meth, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance. He was released from jail on $2,000 bond.
Washington Police arrested Alex Jorelus of Washington Sunday on charges of battery and battery to a minor under the age of 14. Jorelus was released from jail on $7,500 bond.
According to jail records, 192 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Monday morning.
