(BEDFORD) – Live Well Lawrence County has been asked to participate in a research study on the effectiveness and sustainability of community health coalitions and health promotion partnerships in Indiana.
If you have attended a Live Well Lawrence County meeting or helped with a community health project in Bedford or Mitchell during the past year, please complete this survey.
For each survey completed, the Live Well coalition will receive $40 to use for future projects, events, and marketing.
