Elizabeth Binford Skinner – Phoenix, AZ
Elizabeth Binford Skinner, 86, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Bedford, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at the Always Home Assisted Living Center in Phoenix.
Born September 5, 1926 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Rollie and Gertrude (Binford) Tindal. She married Keith Peterson on August 25, 1946 and he preceded her in death on August 16, 1981. She later married Robert N. Skinner and he preceded her in death on July 19, 1999. She was a homemaker and a life-long member of the First United Methodist Church. She was a member of Tri Kappa Sorority and enjoyed playing bridge.
Survivors include three sons, Richard and Steve Peterson both of New Albany, IN and Mark Peterson of Chandler, AZ; two grandchildren, Katie Peterson of Wilmington, Delaware and Sarah Peterson of Indianapolis; a step-granddaughter, Stacie Brown of Phoenix, AZ; a step-grandson, Jason Brown.
She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands and a brother, Rollie.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:30 pm on Friday, May 24 at Cresthaven Memory Gardens with Rev. Beth Ann Cook officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 11am until 1 pm on Friday, May 24 at Day & Carter Mortuary.
The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or the First United Methodist Church.

Bradley Clifford Ryan – Bedford
Bradley Clifford Ryan, 37, of Bedford, died at 3:04 pm on Friday, May 17, 2013 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital from injuries sustained in a moped accident in Oolitic.
Born May 24, 1975 in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Jimmy Roll and Gaynel (Ryan) Diamond.
Survivors include his mother, Gaynel Diamond of Bedford; his father, Jimmy Roll of Bedford; three daughters, Lacey Ryan of Oolitic, Cali Ryan and Addison Judah; a brother, Brandon Diamond of Bedford; grandmother, Jean Ryan of Oolitic; an aunt Lora Schell of Unionville; two uncles, Dennis Ryan and wife, Sis and Glen Ryan all of Oolitic.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Clifford Ryan.
Graveside services will be conducted at 3 pm on Friday, May 24th at Hopkins Cemetery with Jack Voigtschild officiating. Visitation will be from 1 pm until 2:30 pm on Friday, May 24th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
The family asks that friends consider contributions to the family to cover expenses or a fund at Chase Bank for the children.
