Kenneth Barrett – Williams
Kenneth Barrett, 56, of Williams, passed away at 6:23 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital.
Born March 30, 1956 in Detroit, MI, he was the son of Kenneth L. Barrett and Elizabeth Rodriquez. He married Sharon Francisco on May 20, 1976 and she survives. He was a registered nurse and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon, of Williams; his father, Kenneth L. Barrett of Williams; his mother, Elizabeth Rodriquez and husband, Jesse of Taylor, MI; four sons, Joshua Barrett and wife Lauren, of Williams, Jason Barrett and wife Laura and Nathan Barrett, all of Bloomington, Matthew Barrett of New York, NY; nine grandchildren, Xavier, Braxton, Alexzania, Xaven, Emily, Abigail, Kenzie, Lex and Liam.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 7th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Leonard Sankey officiating. A private burial will follow. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 6th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to Hoosier Uplands Hospice.
