BEDFORD — Lawrence County commissioners have officially opened the bidding process for an upcoming capital improvement project at the Courthouse Annex, setting a firm deadline for prospective contractors later this month.
Local and regional contractors interested in submitting proposals must deliver their sealed bids to the county auditor’s office no later than 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 30.
Full project specifications, bidding requirements, and construction facts can be obtained through Eastern Engineering or requested directly from the county auditor’s office at the courthouse.
Commissioners are expected to publicly open and review all timely submissions during their scheduled meeting following the 9:00 a.m. deadline. Contractors are advised to ensure all required documentation and bond materials meet the specifications outlined in the bid packet prior to submission.
