COLUMBUS — A local legend is coming to life this weekend as Mill Race Park and downtown locations host the inaugural Mill Race Monster Festival.

Organized by the Columbus Area Arts Council, the weekend-long festival draws inspiration from the purported 1974 sightings of a monster at Mill Race Park. The fundraising event runs from Friday through Sunday, offering a mix of quirky entertainment, art installations, live music, and paranormal discussions.
Weekend Schedule of Events

Friday night brings live music, a dance battle, and an “Out of Sight Dance Party” held at a secret location within the park.
