BEDFORD — Kick off Thanksgiving morning by joining Becky’s Place for its 12th Annual Run for Hope 5K and Family Fun Walk.
Becky’s Place will kick off its Run for Hope 5K at 9 a.m. on Thursday, November 26, at The Depot, located at 1401 J Street in downtown Bedford. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
ABTiming will be timing this year’s race as part of their race series. Enjoy a lively atmosphere with music, friends, family, and tasty snacks before and after the event. The race is limited to 1 1⁄2 hours, giving you the perfect chance to test your fitness, soak in the race experience, and support the women of Becky’s Place.
Admission to the event is $20, with all proceeds benefiting Becky’s Place and supporting its mission to provide essential resources such as food, shelter, guidance, and hope to women experiencing homelessness in the community. This initiative plays a vital role in offering not only immediate relief but also long-term support, empowering women to rebuild their lives with dignity and security.
