INDIANAPOLIS – As employers place growing emphasis on developing and retaining the next generation of talent, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce will bring early-career professionals from across the state together on October 7 for its second annual Emerging Leaders Forum at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
Presented by Jackson Lewis P.C., the event will offer leadership development, networking, and career-focused programming centered on resilience, personal branding, professional growth, navigating failure, and leading with authenticity.
“Building Indiana’s talent pipeline is a critical pillar of our Indiana Prosperity 2035 economic vision plan,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “This forum gives young professionals a dedicated space to build valuable connections, sharpen their skills and exchange ideas with peers from across the state.”

The Jackson Lewis Emerging Leader of the Year Award winner will also be announced during the event luncheon.
Individual tickets are $199 for Indiana Chamber members and $249 for non-members. Six-person tables are $579 for members and $699 for non-members. Lunch-only tickets are $99, with six-person lunch tables available for $479.
