BEDFORD — Del Taco, the nation’s second-largest Mexican quick-service restaurant chain, will officially open its doors on September 16 at 3060 John Williams Boulevard in Bedford, marking the brand’s first restaurant in Indiana.
The new location brings Del Taco’s combination of Mexican and American favorites, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, burgers, and crinkle-cut fries, to the local area and the broader region.
The Bedford franchise is owned and operated by SLK Holdings, led by franchise partner Cole Sinclair. This location is the first of several planned restaurants as SLK Holdings looks to expand the brand across Indiana communities.
“Opening our first Del Taco is more than launching a restaurant; it’s the beginning of a long-term commitment to Indiana,” Sinclair said. “We’re honored to bring Del Taco’s fresh, quality menu to Bedford while creating local jobs and supporting the schools, youth sports, charities, and organizations that make this community special.”
To mark the grand opening, the first 100 customers through the doors will receive a commemorative T-shirt and free “The Del Tacos” for a year!
The restaurant features both indoor dining and drive-thru service. Operating hours are:
- Sunday – Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.
- Thursday – Saturday: 10 a.m. to 3 a.m.
