Buffalo Wings & Rings to support Knights of Columbus Tootsie Roll Drive

BEDFORD — Local residents can enjoy a meal out while supporting special education students throughout Lawrence County when Buffalo Wings & Rings in Bedford joins the Knights of Columbus for a fundraising effort on Monday, Aug. 31.

On that day, Buffalo Wings & Rings will donate 5% of its total sales to the Knights of Columbus Tootsie Roll Drive, a fundraiser that benefits special education classes throughout Lawrence County.

The annual Tootsie Roll Drive helps provide support and resources for students in special education programs across the county. The Knights of Columbus has continued the fundraising effort as a way to give back to local students and schools.

Community members can help simply by choosing Buffalo Wings & Rings for lunch or dinner on Aug. 31. Whether stopping in for wings, burgers, rings or another meal, a portion of the day’s sales will go toward the fundraiser.

Organizers are encouraging residents who enjoy a meal out to consider making Buffalo Wings & Rings their destination that day.

Good food and a good cause will come together Monday, Aug. 31, as 5% of the restaurant’s total sales are donated to help support special education students throughout Lawrence County.
