INDIANAPOLIS — The 2026 Indiana Women’s Collaborative is bringing women professionals together on August 27 at the Indiana Convention Center for a full day of networking, panel discussions and breakout sessions designed to help attendees build influence, strengthen leadership skills and advance their career goals.

“This event is designed to give women professionals practical tools, meaningful connections and fresh perspective they can apply immediately in their careers,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “From emerging leaders to experienced executives, attendees will hear from accomplished voices, exchange ideas with peers and explore ways to strengthen their influence and impact in the workplace.”

Programming includes sessions on confidence and leadership presence, tapping into relationship capital, making the big asks, managing energy, and vision and goal setting. The event also will feature peer networking and discussion throughout the day.
The luncheon program will include the keynote panel, “Leading in Spaces Not Built for You,” as well as the presentation of the 2026 Indiana Women’s Collaborative Empower Award, which recognizes a woman whose advocacy, leadership, and impact have helped advance women in business.
