INDIANAPOLIS — Organizers of the Indiana State Fair have announced a full lineup of daily savings, admission discounts, and free entry opportunities designed to make the summer tradition accessible to families across the state.

Fairgoers can take advantage of advance ticket savings of up to 30% through August 6. In addition to advance pricing, the fair will host several themed discount days offering reduced admission, free tickets, and deals on rides and concessions throughout the season.
Special Savings Days and Promotions
- $2 Tuesdays (Aug. 11 & Aug. 18): Presented by the Indiana Secretary of State, visitors can access $2 gate admission, $2 Midway rides, and $2 select menu items at every participating food stand.
- Military & First Responders’ Day (Wednesday, Aug. 12): Current and former military personnel, first responders, and their families receive free gate admission with a valid ID.
- Indianapolis Indians’ Family Day (Thursday, Aug. 13): Attendees can secure a 50% discount on admission, paying $8 with a printed or digital voucher available on the Indianapolis Indians’ website.
- IndyStar Free Ticket Day (Wednesday, Aug. 19): A free admission ticket will be printed in the Monday, August 17 edition of the IndyStar, redeemable at the gates for Farmers’ Day, presented by Corteva Agriscience™.
- AAA Day (Thursday, Aug. 20): AAA cardholders receive free admission by presenting a valid membership card at the gate (one free entry per valid card).
Free Entertainment and Advance Sales
In addition to gate discounts, fair officials highlighted that the event features more than 100 free activities and attractions included with admission, ranging from agricultural exhibits to live entertainment stages.
