Washington High School Choir set to perform National Anthem at Busch Stadium

ST. LOUIS, Mo. The talent of Indiana youth will be on full display on the national sports stage this summer. The Washington High School Choir has been officially selected to perform the National Anthem before the St. Louis Cardinals square off against the Atlanta Braves at Busch Stadium.

The high-profile performance is scheduled for Sunday, July 12, 2026. The choir will take the field just moments before the official first pitch, which is slated for 2:15 p.m. Eastern Time (1:15 p.m. local Central Time).

The choir’s performance coincides with a highly anticipated weekend series finale between two historic National League powerhouses. Adding to the game-day excitement, the St. Louis Cardinals have designated July 12 as a special promotional day at the ballpark, featuring a Kids Jersey giveaway for the first 10,000 young fans aged 12 and under through the gates.
