INDIANAPOLIS – White River State Park is set to host Star Spangled Sky presented by Purdue University on July 25.
The event was postponed from its original date due to inclement weather. The park is excited to reschedule the drone show and invite the city to spend an evening in the park celebrating our nation’s 250th.

Guests can expect the same activities as previously scheduled, including local food trucks, yacht rides along the canal, bounce houses, face painting, balloon artists, caricature artists, and more. Food trucks and yacht rides are an additional fee; all other activities are free to participate.
The event will culminate in a drone show over the White River featuring patriotic imagery and iconic elements of White River State Park representing each of the park’s seven attractions.
Activities will kick off at 7:00 p.m. The drones will launch at dark and feature a 13-minute show over the White River. Star Spangled Sky will conclude after the drone show. This event is free. RSVPs are encouraged but not required. Guests can RSVP here.
