BEDFORD — A local faith-based organization is looking to connect single adults across Lawrence County next month through food and fellowship.
Strengthening Singles has announced it will host a community pitch-in dinner on Friday, June 12, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The event will be held at Hillcrest Christian Church, located on the city’s south side at 1130 Hillcrest Road in Bedford.
Strengthening Singles operates as a nondenominational, faith-based group specifically dedicated to providing a welcoming social network for adults who are:
- Widowed
- Divorced
- Never-married
