LINCOLN CITY – The Lincoln Amphitheatre will kick off its 2026 Spencer County Community Foundation & Perry County Community Foundation Performance Series with a full weekend of live music featuring the highly anticipated return of Johnny Folsom 4, beginning Saturday, May 16, with special guest HonkyTonk Deluxe and continuing Sunday, May 17, with a unique Amp Unplugged matinee performance. Tickets are still available for both the Saturday and Sunday events.
The season officially opens the evening of Saturday, May 16, with HonkyTonk Deluxe taking the Kyana Woodstock Performance Stage at 6:30 p.m., followed by Johnny Folsom 4’s celebration of the iconic Johnny Cash’s catalog at 7:30 p.m. VIP doors open at 5 p.m., with doors for all other ticket holders at 5:30 p.m. All times are central.
From A Boy Named Sue to Ring of Fire, Johnny Folsom 4 delivers the songs fans know and love with heart, soul, and that unmistakable train‑like rhythm. Lead singer David Burney’s Southern baritone channels Johnny Cash with uncanny authenticity, supported by David Gresham (guitar), Steve Eisenstadt (bass), and Randy Benefield (drums).
“After kicking off our 2023 season with a truly unforgettable evening, Johnny Folsom 4 returns to the Lincoln Amphitheatre for not only one incomparable celebration of the legendary Man in Black, but a second matinee option on Sunday, as well,” said Marc Steczyk, Lincoln Amphitheatre’s director. “What a great way to get 2026 launched, and we can’t wait to open our doors for another fantastic season.”
For fans who prefer earlier shows, smaller crowds, and a more relaxed setting, Johnny Folsom 4 will return on the next day, Sunday, May 17, for a special Amp Unplugged matinee performance. This series is designed for those who love the music but not the late nights, bright lights, or busy environments.
