Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market provides live music, roving maturalists, and mayors team this Saturday

BLOOMINGTON — The Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market continues its vibrant season this Saturday at Showers Common, offering residents more than just fresh produce. This weekend’s lineup features award-winning local music, environmental education, and a direct line to city leadership.

Music at the Market

Taking the Circular Stage this Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. are Kim DeClue and Roger Banister. As two-fifths of the renowned Columbus-based group “Cottonpatch,” the duo is celebrated across South Central Indiana for their instrumental versatility and tight vocal harmonies.

Fans can expect a diverse setlist featuring Americana, Roots, and classics from legendary artists like The Beatles and Crosby, Stills & Nash, John Prine, and Neil Young, The Grateful Dead, and Bob Dylan.

Roving Naturalist

Beyond the shopping stalls, the Market serves as a hub for community learning and civic engagement:
