BEDFORD — The Bedford Chamber of Commerce is inviting local business leaders, community members, and golf enthusiasts to hit the links for its 33rd Annual Golf Outing. This long-standing tradition serves as a premier networking event, combining professional development with a day of recreation on one of Lawrence County’s scenic courses.
This year’s event is scheduled for Friday, May 15, and will be hosted at the Stonecrest Golf Course.

Organizers have noted a significant change for this year’s tournament. Participants should take note of the new 9:00 a.m. shotgun start. Golfers are encouraged to arrive early to check in and prepare for the morning tee-off.
The annual outing is well-regarded for its ability to foster community connections. Attendees can expect:
- Networking Opportunities: Engage with various local business owners and professionals in a relaxed, outdoor setting.
- Friendly Competition: The tournament format allows players of all skill levels to participate and compete for bragging rights.
- Course Scenery: Stonecrest Golf Course offers a challenging yet beautiful backdrop for the day’s activities.
Registration is officially open, and the Chamber is urging those interested to sign up as soon as possible to secure a spot for their team. The event historically draws a large crowd, and space is limited.
